Agreeability changes

I propose that agreeability will not remain a constant but be able to change depending on a variety of things. Haven’t we all tried to ignore the nasty players on the transfer market, wanted to sell them on without losing money because of it. Well in this idea i propose that a players agreeability is able to change based on the following ideas.
- The more league or cup games a player plays the more their agreeability will improve.
- If a player doesn’t play a certain number of league or cup games then their agreeability will decrease.
- If a player has been in a team for a certain length of time then their agreeability will improve.
- If a player gets a memorable moment for a club then their agreeability will improve. I.e. top goal scorer in a league, or scores a hattrick.
