Bidding on players that are not on the transfer list
The transfer market is always available for all the players that where put up for sale. My idea to open the transfer list only for a period of a few weeks in the season was discussed in detail and it seems that the drawback is bigger then the advantage. I believe that the following suggestion will not harm anyone and can give the game a little more realistic sense…
In addition to the regular transfer market, there could be a period of two weeks in the middle of the season and two weeks after the season end in which every one can give offer for players that aren’t within the transfer list. The owner of the player can except the offer or decline it.
I believe that adopting this idea will raise the scouting of the teams, will raise the teams relations and the most important - both sides can profit.
