Specialties for goalkeepers
My point is that the keepers don’t make use of any speciality. A keeper with [Head], [Power] or [Quick] is totally useless. My idea is to give them some specialities that are really useful in some conditions. My suggestions are the following…
[Agility] - A keeper with agility gains a defense bonus with Sun;
[Concentration] - A keeper with this speciality gives an experience bonus to the team or at least to the defense ratings; the bonus could be leadership/experience-related;
[Kicker(?)] - A keeper with this skill and with enough Set Pieces (Passable) can assist directly to a Winger/Striker [Quick] and get a score chance (Special Event).

Pros:
- More useful keepers, that really influence the team;
- (?) A new kind of keepers for the market (see “cons”…);
- A more realistic approach to the game, with a more variable keeper influence;
- Only have positive influences in the team, not negative;
Cons:
- Unknown influence in the market transfer; the keepers without specialities will be in lower demand;
