Skilled teams have trainingeffect
We often see players of a national team owned by low-ranked teams. 6th division clubs with hardly any good players have one national team player which they train, while they are not interested in the success of their team. This is unrealistic
I suggest skilled teams should have a slightly better trainingeffect than less skilled teams. So a team with ten players with TSI’s of over 100 000 will get better trainingresults than a team with one player with a TSI of 800 000 while the rest his teammates don’t even reach 5 000. This is not only realistic (wouldn’t a Barcelona player learn more than a player from a low ranked 6th division club?), but this might also prevent the unreal situation of NT players training with a lowranked unskilled team, since letting them train in better teams would have a better effect.
Do we really want Ronaldinho’s playing with 6th division amateurclubs?
