Training several multiple skills
My idea is following: If training is considered a 100% the user should be able to divide it as, for example: 10% stamina, 25% defence, etc. Another option is to allow for individual training, like the youth teams. Just being able to train one skill for the whole team just seems a bit unrealistic… What do you think? Read on…
Form and health transfer search options
What is your idea about that you could search for form and health of players in addition to searching the major skills of players? Or even display a player’s form and health directly in the search results, using icons or numbers? What do you think?

Bidding on players that are not on the transfer list
The transfer market is always available for all the players that where put up for sale. My idea to open the transfer list only for a period of a few weeks in the season was discussed in detail and it seems that the drawback is bigger then the advantage. I believe that the following suggestion will not harm anyone and can give the game a little more realistic sense… Read on…
U-17 World Cup
As new youth academy system has been accepted by majority of users, it would be a good idea for a world cup for U-17. This would get small HT nations a good chance to compete in a championship, and more teams could be training national team players. There are lots of things to factor into this idea, among other things a U-17 coach election, but here are some thoughts on how to pull this off.

De-emphasize midfield
It seems to me that at the moment, the emphasis placed on the midfield strength is too great. I regularly come up against teams that I am stronger than in every area of the park with the exception of Midfield, and regularly, I lose. This is entirely unrealistic, it is the equivalent of suggesting that if you put Scholes, Gerrard and Lampard in the Watford midfield that they would finish above Spurs or Arsenal. Simply because the midfield is stronger. Why not give each of the areas of the park equal weighting, that way you can be “successful” with a side that is offensively strong, defensively strong, strong in midfield, or a mixture of these. Your thoughts?

Formation Routines: a new approach
Actually in HT, you have the default 4-4-2 routine that is always excellent, no matter how much you (don’t) use it. Even if you spend 1 or 2 seasons playing in 4-5-1 or 3-5-2, if you change the formation for a couple of games, the routine will drop at least one level. To me, that don’t make any sense and can be changed. I have two suggestions to resolve that situation: Read on…
Variable length red-card bans
I think it would be a good idea to institute variable bans for red cards. The standard 1 match ban is fine for 2 yellow cards, shirt pulling, kicking the ball away etc - but what about those really bad fouls that result in a player being injured?
