Why not introduce pitch conditions? Higher level teams could have nice, smooth pitches, lower level teams could have pitches that are more bumpy and rough. Pitch conditions could affect matches and different players in different ways, and pitch maintenance could be part of the economy as well. It sounds confusing, but in real life it’s the same: Low level teams have fields best suited for groing potatoes and corn, high level teams have fields usable for playing golf.

The reward for having the top goalscorer in a league is ridiculous. €10 000 is petty cash even to a low league club. This idea aims at making the top goalscorer title more attractive, but not by giving away more money.

A simple but brilliant suggestion: When you’re looking at your National Team’s page og U20 team’s page, there is no link to the group the team is playing in for the World Cup qualifiers or it’s World Cup groups or anything. Not even when you visit the “Matches” screen do you get links to the World Cup or anything. You actually have to click the “International”-link and from there go on to “World Cup”.

ebay logoAn eBay style auction system would favor managers that are not online as much as others, since they would not have to stay online to follow up a bidding round. Instead of placing bids, you would place a max bid that would work as a kind of bid agent: If someone outbids you, then your bid is raised automatically until you either take the lead in the bidding or your max bid limit is exceeded.
