It occured to me that in the off season some teams are disadvantaged because they have two teams (an a and b team) and they don’t get to train one of the teams because there is only one friendly. I have come up with this idea from seeing many real wingers playing. Many of them, like f.e. Ebi Smolarek from Poland and BVB, playing as a winger who very often goes forward to be a third striker. So the tactics changes from f.e. 4-4-2 to 4-3-3 which can disorganize the defence of the opponent and increase the chance to score. So how to implement this in Hattrick?
